Election Day Giveaway!

Did you vote yet? I did! I voted this morning (in Ohio) and I only waited about 20 minutes. In honor of Election Day I'm giving away another $5 Starbucks card. If you voted, please leave a comment telling me that you did and what state you're in. I'll leave this open for the rest of the week. To get an extra entry, blog about my giveaway and leave a separate comment telling me you did so!

If you care to leave your presidential pick, that might be interesting - we could have our own mini poll here. I promise it won't affect your chances of winning ;)!

I registered this year to become a permament mail in voter in the state of Colorado. I voted for Obama because one of my three children was born with several birth defects, but is too healthy for Medicare. Under McCain's plan insurance companies could deny her coverage because of a preexisting condition, under Obama's plan she would have to be covered. If it wasn't for her, I would have voted McCain. I voted straight Republican for every other seat.

I voted today in western NY and had no wait at all. I voted straight Republican, but on the conservative line. I do not always vote straight across the line, but Republicans just tend to better represent my beliefs.

I voted in Indiana today! Didn't have to wait at all but live in a small town. Voted McCain/Palin was there another choice?

We will see if Mr. Obama upholds what he promised if he wins...he scares the heck out of me. I don't want to work to support those who don't which is his plan

Thanks for all your helpful info.
